Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use our apps.
• For BubbleJoy withdrawals, you must meet country eligibility and payment-provider requirements.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

2. License

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps.

3. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. All apps — ads, conduct & liability

Apps are free and ad-supported (AdMob, Appodeal). You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, circumvent restrictions, create multiple accounts abusively, or violate applicable law. We may suspend access for violations.

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelClove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons.

6. Casual games

Aquarium Match3 Mania and WordWhiz do not require accounts. Virtual scores and progress have no real-world monetary value and may be lost if you uninstall the app.

7. BubbleJoy reward program

• Virtual coins have no cash value until redeemed per program rules; they are not transferable or refundable.
• Free to play — no deposit required; this is not gambling or betting.
• Earning — coins may be earned through gameplay, rewarded ads, referrals, optional third-party surveys, and other in-app activities. Optional survey providers (such as CPX Research) operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Survey rewards may be held as pending survey coins until partner verification completes and are subject to quality checks under our Reward Policy.
• Withdrawals via PayPal or gift cards through Tremendous, subject to review, minimum thresholds, and country eligibility (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Italy, France, and others as shown in-app).
• You must own the payout email you provide. We may approve, delay, or deny withdrawal requests where fraud prevention, security reviews, technical issues, or compliance requirements make this necessary.
• See our Reward Policy and Fair Play Policy.
• Tremendous and PayPal deliveries are subject to their respective terms.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account in-app (Me → Delete Account), via account-deletion.html, or by emailing support@pixelclove.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Inactive BubbleJoy accounts may be deleted after 28 days of inactivity.

9. Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, graphics, logos, game content, and other intellectual property remain the property of PixelClove or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
