Privacy Policy

How PixelClove collects, uses, and protects information across BubbleJoy, Aquarium Match3 Mania, WordWhiz, and our website.

Introduction

PixelClove ("we," "us," "our") is an individual developer based in Bangladesh, publishing apps on Google Play as PixelClove, including:

BubbleJoy — reward-earning games app (com.pixelclove.bubblegame)
Aquarium Match3 Mania — casual match-3 game
WordWhiz: Word Puzzle — casual word puzzle game

By using our apps or website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Data controller: PixelClove, Bangladesh.

Section A — All PixelClove apps (advertising)

All free apps are supported by Google AdMob and Appodeal, which may mediate ads through partners such as BidMachine, Moloco, BigoAds, Fyber/Inneractive, and AppLovin.

Ad partners may collect: Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, device type, OS version, language, ad interactions, and approximate location from IP.

Consent (EEA/UK): We use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Appodeal Stack Consent Manager where required.

US privacy: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. BubbleJoy users can open Privacy choices (ads) in the Me tab to manage ad preferences where available.

Section B — Casual games (Aquarium Match3 Mania, WordWhiz)

No account required; we do not store personal information on PixelClove servers.
Game progress may be stored locally on your device only.
Ad SDKs collect data as described in Section A.
Typical permissions: Internet and network state only — no GPS, contacts, camera, or microphone.

Section C — BubbleJoy (accounts, rewards, withdrawals)

Information you provide

Name — profile, leaderboard, Tremendous reward delivery
Email — account, login, withdrawals, support, verification
Password — hashed on our servers; managed via Firebase Authentication
Profile photo — optional upload or Google Sign-In
Referral code, support messages/attachments, payout email, payout country

Information collected automatically

User ID, Android ID (fraud / one-device rules)
Country/region from SIM, locale, and/or transient IP lookup via ip-api.com — not precise GPS
FCM token, gameplay and reward activity (coins, lives, levels, daily streaks, quests and achievements, scratch cards, coin-shop spends, referrals and friend connections, leaderboard rank), and activity logs
Device integrity and security signals (such as Play Integrity checks and device security indicators) used for fraud prevention and protecting the reward system.

Local device storage

Encrypted session, game progress, lives cache — excluded from cloud backup.

Surveys (optional)

BubbleJoy may offer optional surveys through CPX Research as a way to earn coins. If you choose to open surveys, we share a pseudonymous user identifier with CPX Research so completed surveys can be credited. Completions may create pending survey coins that unlock to your withdrawable balance after partner verification and a hold period shown in the app. Surveys and any data you provide within them are handled under the CPX Research privacy terms. Communications

We send transactional push and email (withdrawals, verification, support, daily rewards, comeback reminders). We do not send promotional marketing emails.

Reward delivery & web cashout

When web cashout is enabled, you may request withdrawals at https://cashout.pixelclove.com using the same account credentials as the app. When you submit a redemption request (in-app or on the web portal), you consent to our sharing your name, email, and reward amount with Tremendous or PayPal solely to deliver your reward. Fraud prevention

We may suspend or block accounts for fraud, bots, device-integrity violations, multiple accounts, or invalid payout details. See our Fair Play Policy.

Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we process personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, security, and improving our services.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including Google, Firebase, Tremendous, and PayPal, may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.

Data retention

Active account — while your account is active
Inactive account — automatically deleted after 28 consecutive days of inactivity
Deleted account — removed from our databases and Firebase Auth promptly after confirmed deletion
Fraud/legal — limited records may be retained where required by law or security

Account deletion & your rights

Delete your BubbleJoy account via:

In-app: Me → Delete Account → type DELETE
Email: support@pixelclove.com with registered name and email

Where applicable (GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, correction, or restriction by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.

Children: Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on PixelClove.com with the updated effective date.
