Fair Play Policy
BubbleJoy reward program — rules for honest participation and fraud prevention.
Effective July 1, 2026
PixelClove maintains a fair environment for BubbleJoy. Any activity intended to manipulate rewards, referrals, gameplay, advertising interactions, or platform operations may result in enforcement action, including account termination and forfeiture of coins or pending withdrawals.
person One account per user
One active account per person unless we authorize otherwise. We may enforce one account per device using Android ID. Multiple accounts on the same device are prohibited when this rule is enabled.
smart_toy No automation
- Bots, scripts, auto-clickers
- Emulators used to manipulate rewards
- Artificial engagement or click fraud
group_add Referral abuse
- Self-referrals and fake accounts
- Referral farming or coordinated abuse
- Incentive spam
warning Fraud & exploitation
- False registration information
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Invalid or third-party payout emails
- Interfering with platform operations
phonelink_off Device integrity
Device integrity checks help protect the reward program from abuse. Depending on the circumstances, rooted or modified devices, VPN usage, or other security risks may result in additional verification, temporary restrictions, or permanent account action.
security Play Integrity
Sensitive actions (login, earning points, withdrawals) may require Google Play Integrity attestation. Failed or tampered devices may be restricted.

PixelClove may take enforcement actions where we reasonably determine that this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws have been violated, including:

Account features
Suspend

Permanently
During an investigation, withdrawals or certain account features may be temporarily delayed or restricted until the review is complete.
We may review gameplay history, reward activity, device information, and behavior patterns when investigating accounts.
Earn-source monitoring
Automated systems monitor all coin-earning sources — including game levels, rewarded ads, referrals, optional surveys, scratch cards, daily streaks, and quests & achievements — for manipulation, self-dealing, or abuse. Coins earned through fraudulent or abusive activity may be reversed or forfeited. Optional survey completions are also subject to partner verification; rejected or abusive survey activity may remove pending survey coins or adjust your withdrawable balance.
False positives
Automated fraud detection systems may occasionally identify legitimate activity as suspicious. If you believe your account has been restricted in error, you may contact support for a manual review.
Appeals
Contact support@pixelclove.com with your registered email. Appeals are reviewed individually. After reviewing the available information, PixelClove's decision will be final unless additional evidence is provided.
