Delete your BubbleJoy account
Request permanent deletion of your BubbleJoy account and associated personal data.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open BubbleJoy
- Go to Me (profile tab)
- Tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account, coins, withdrawal history, support tickets, and profile are permanently removed from our servers and Firebase Authentication.
Option 2 — Email
Email support@pixelclove.com with:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Your registered name
- Your registered email address
We verify ownership and delete within 30 days (usually sooner).
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, email, photo)
- Virtual coins and server-side progress
- Withdrawal and reward history
- Support tickets and messages
- FCM push token
- Firebase Authentication record
What may be retained
Limited fraud-prevention or legal records where required (e.g., blocked accounts involved in abuse). Aggregated non-identifiable data may be retained.
Inactive accounts
BubbleJoy accounts with no activity for 28 consecutive days are automatically deleted. No email warning is sent beforehand.
Casual games (Aquarium Match3 Mania, WordWhiz)
These apps do not create accounts. Uninstall the app and clear app data to remove local progress. Ad partners may retain data per their policies.
